IaCMA Audits
The IaCMA Secretary/Treasurer transacts the necessary financial business of the association, keeping a complete record of all transactions which are submitted for review at the spring meeting of the association. An audit committee composed of three people, which are appointed by the Executive Board, at least two of whom shall be members of the Association, reviews the Association's annual financial transactions and prepares an annual audit report. By a majority vote of the audit committee, the association shall hire a professional firm of certified public accountants to perform the audit.
